  • Quality Management System

    Tefen will constantly act to improve the Quality Management System by:

    • Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the different processes.
    • Conducting internal audits.
    • Performing corrective and preventive actions.
    • Conducting quality surveys, where procedures will be examined, results evaluated and necessary steps will be taken to implement the necessary changes and adaptations.
    • Communicating the quality policy to all employees and interested parties.
    • Carrying out a management survey of the policy once a year, to assess its effectiveness and relevance.
