Tefen will constantly act to improve the Quality Management System by:

Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the different processes.
Conducting internal audits.
Performing corrective and preventive actions.
Conducting quality surveys, where procedures will be examined, results evaluated and necessary steps will be taken to implement the necessary changes and adaptations.
Communicating the quality policy to all employees and interested parties.
Carrying out a management survey of the policy once a year, to assess its effectiveness and relevance.
