Mr. Pedro Stratijevsky, joined Tefen in 2020 as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stratijevsky brought large experience in managing business activities in the Israeli and international markets. Prior to Tefen, Mr. Stratijevsky served as VP International Sales & Marketing at Tadiran Group, VP International sales at NDJAIN Israel. VP of Global Operations at NDJAIN, CEO of NDJ IBERICA -Spain. Mr. Stratijevsky holds a BA in Business Administration from the Ruppin academic center in Israel.

Ms. Ronit Katz joined Tefen in 1997 and serves as our Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Tefen, Ms. Katz held several leading financial roles at the Israel Electric Corporation and at Nir Etzion institutional Catering Services. Ms. Katz holds a BA degree in Economics and Business Management from Haifa University and is a certified bookkeeper.

El Sr. Aner Yaakoby se unió a Tefen en 2023 y actualmente se desempeña como Vicepresidente de Desarrollo de Negocios. Anteriormente, dirigió las operaciones de ventas de Tefen para las regiones de Asia-Pacífico (Australia y Nueva Zelanda).

Mr. Oded Golan joined Tefen in 2024, bringing over 25 years of extensive engineering and product development experience. He has held several leadership positions at Maytronics, LOG, and Yamit as a highly accomplished CTO VP R&D Manager. Throughout his career, Mr. Golan’s expertise includes design, project management, and product development. He holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Daniel Cahen joined Tefen in 2005. With a journey of growth within the organization, he has held diverse roles that have shaped his expertise. Starting his Tefen career on the production line, Mr. Cahen’s dedication and exceptional achievements caught the attention of the company. This recognition propelled him into the quality assurance department, where he demonstrated outstanding leadership. Recognizing his dedicated contributions, he was subsequently appointed Deputy Director of Quality Assurance.
Driven by a firm belief in continuous learning and personal development, Daniel pursued and successfully completed several professional courses in management and quality assurance. His commitment to self-improvement aligns seamlessly with his role.
Daniel possesses an extensive knowledge and hands-on experience across key standards, including ISO9001, NSF, WRAS, and CE.

Ran Agayof se unió a Tefen en 2022 y ocupa el cargo de Vicepresidente de Ventas y Marketing. Ran aporta más de 18 años de experiencia en la industria del plástico y soluciones agrícolas avanzadas. Antes de unirse a Tefen, ocupó varios puestos clave en ventas y marketing, gestión estratégica y gestión comercial internacional. Ran tiene una licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial y Gestión del Technion.
