Neither Tefen nor any provider of Third-Party content of their respective affiliates and agents warrants that the website will be uninterrupted or error free; neither Tefen nor any Third-Party content provider, or their respective affiliates and agents makes any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the Website, the Content of the Services.
5.2. The Website and the Content are distributed on an “As Is, As Available” Basis. Tefen does not make any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Website or the Services. 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel and shall not apply to the rules of choice of international law set forth therein. The competent court to hear any claim arising from these Terms and conditions shall be the competent courts established in the city of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
8. Assignment
Your rights and obligations in these Terms may not be assigned or transferred without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer any and all of our rights and obligations to Third-Parties, as long as your rights are not jeopardized.
9. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between you and us with respect to such subject matter. If any inconsistency exists between these Terms and any additional terms and conditions posted on the Website, such terms shall be interpreted as to eliminate any inconsistency, if possible, and otherwise, the additional terms and conditions shall control. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 shall survive the expiration or termination of these Terms as well as any other provisions, which by their terms or sense are intended to survive.
