Mr. Pedro Stratijevsky, joined Tefen in 2020 as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stratijevsky brought large experience in managing business activities in the Israeli and international markets. Prior to Tefen, Mr. Stratijevsky served as VP International Sales & Marketing at Tadiran Group, VP International sales at NDJAIN Israel. VP of Global Operations at NDJAIN, CEO of NDJ IBERICA -Spain. Mr. Stratijevsky holds a BA in Business Administration from the Ruppin academic center in Israel.
Ms. Ronit Katz joined Tefen in 1997 and serves as our Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Tefen, Ms. Katz held several leading financial roles at the Israel Electric Corporation and at Nir Etzion institutional Catering Services. Ms. Katz holds a BA degree in Economics and Business Management from Haifa University and is a certified bookkeeper.
Mr. Chaim Schwartz joined Tefen in 2018 and serves as our Chief Global Marketing and Sales Officer. Prior to Tefen, Mr. Schwartz held several leading marketing and sales positions such as V.P. Marketing and Sales at Lehavot Fire Protection Systems and International Marketing & Sales manager at Habonim Industrial Valves Ltd. Mr. Schwartz holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Israel and Business Management from the Technion – continuing education department.
Mr. Ran Agayof joined Tefen in 2022 and serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ran brings over 18 years of experience in the plastics industry and advanced agricultural solutions. Prior to joining Tefen, he held various key positions in sales and marketing, strategic management, and international commercial management. Ran holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Oded Golan joined Tefen in 2024, bringing over 25 years of extensive engineering and product development experience. He has held several leadership positions at Maytronics, LOG, and Yamit as a highly accomplished CTO VP R&D Manager. Throughout his career, Mr. Golan’s expertise includes design, project management, and product development. He holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Daniel Cahen joined Tefen in 2005. With a journey of growth within the organization, he has held diverse roles that have shaped his expertise. Starting his Tefen career on the production line, Mr. Cahen’s dedication and exceptional achievements caught the attention of the company. This recognition propelled him into the quality assurance department, where he demonstrated outstanding leadership. Recognizing his dedicated contributions, he was subsequently appointed Deputy Director of Quality Assurance.
Driven by a firm belief in continuous learning and personal development, Daniel pursued and successfully completed several professional courses in management and quality assurance. His commitment to self-improvement aligns seamlessly with his role.
Daniel possesses an extensive knowledge and hands-on experience across key standards, including ISO9001, NSF, WRAS, and CE.
Mr. Fredi Benvenisti joined Tefen in 1989 and serves as the company’s Vice President of Operations. Over the years, Fredi has held various roles on the production floor, as a product manager, and in operations. In between, he spent several years at Keter Plastic, working as an injection technician and as a product engineering manager. Fredi holds a Practical Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Mr. Moran Blinder joined Tefen in 2019 and serves as Product Manager.
In his role, Moran is responsible for the product line of dosing pumps and providing solutions for various applications.
Moran brings over 20 years of experience in the plastics industry, agri-tech, including the agriculture, livestock, and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to joining Tefen, Moran held various key roles in product development and application, and has extensive experience working with stakeholders both locally and globally.
Mr. Sharon Malka joined Tefen in 2025 and serves as product manager.
As part of his role, Sharon is responsible for the line of flow products and connectors for various applications.
Sharon brings with him 20 years of experience in the worlds of product managenent and developing of advanced solutions for the defense, architectural and agricultural industries.
Before joining Tefen, Sharon performed a variety of key positions in the field of development, product management, and project management with clients in Israel and around the world.
Sharon has a B.Sc degree in software engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Loves nature, photography and history, lives in Ein HaShofet, married and father of three children.
Ms. Celina Rothschild joined Tefen in 2016 and serves as Sales and Marketing Director for the European Market.
Celina has over 20 years of experience providing professional service, marketing, and sales to audiences across European countries.
Celina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Soil and Water Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is fluent in English, French, and Italian.
Mr. Avi Mileguir joined Tefen in 2016 and serves as the Sales and Marketing Director for India and Latin America, as well as for countries in Africa, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey.
Before joining Tefen, Avi worked in sales and marketing management at Arad Dalia, Ari Kfar Charuv, and as a product manager at Rafael Magufim and at the Agmo company.
Avi holds a degree in Social Sciences from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Haifa. Additionally, he is a certified personal coach (Coaching).
Avi speaks three languages fluently: Spanish, Hebrew, and English. He enjoys hiking in nature, discovering and learning new cultures, and playing the piano.
Mr. Aner Yacobi joined Tefen in 2023 and serves as Business Development and Sales Director for the Asia-Pacific countries (Australia and New Zealand).
Aner brings over 15 years of experience in the agri-tech world, including in the agriculture, livestock, and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to joining Tefen, Aner held various key roles in manufacturing companies and leading agricultural cooperatives in Israel. In addition, he has extensive experience working with local organizations in Asia, including living in Thailand for three years.

Aner was born and raised in Kibbutz Degania, is a sports enthusiast, loves traveling and Asian cuisine, and is married with three children.
Mr. Eyal Bar Chaim joined Tefen in 2018 and serves as the Sales Director for the Northern District in Israel.
Eyal works with a variety of distributors and dozens of farmers from the northern region, Lower Galilee, Western Galilee, Upper Galilee, and the Golan Heights, as well as with procurement and operations managers from various industries such as printing, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Eyal brings with him extensive professional knowledge and is known as a dedicated sales manager who personally and professionally supports and assists his clients with any questions or consultation needs.
Prior to joining Tefen, Eyal held various key roles at M.B.A. HaZorea.
Eyal holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, is an enthusiast of photography, nature, fishing, and free diving, and lives in Yokneam Illit. He is married and a father of two daughters.
Mr. Eran Levi joined Tefen in 2021 and serves as the Sales Director for the Southern District in Israel.
Eran brings over 25 years of experience in agriculture and irrigation in all its aspects. Prior to joining Tefen, Eran held various key roles at Netafim and in the Workers’ Water Organization.
Eran works with a variety of distributors and dozens of farmers from the Negev, the Shfela, the Arava, and the Gaza Envelope regions, as well as with companies, procurement and operations managers from various industries such as printing, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Eran brings with him extensive and rich professional knowledge and is known for his dedicated support and guidance to his clients for any questions or requests for professional advice.

Eran is originally from Kibbutz Revivim but has lived in Kibbutz Sufa (until its evacuation to Ofakim) for the past 30 years. He enjoys traveling in the desert, is married, and has three children.
